You had answered my post yesterday referecing a seroma. (I was feeling a bulge on the right side when having a little cough). Since you mentioned that, I looked around for seroma info and the one thing I keep coming across is that it should never protrude while coughing or straining. Do you have any take on that? Is what I'm reading not accurate? My concern is still there because I'm thinking that a seroma is more a constant bulge rather than only when coughing, etc.
I pasted below what I am finding.

"Seroma- This space might fill with fluid (serous fluid and blood) and will be felt as a bulge after
the surgery. Seroma is normal and slowly should go away week by week throughout
several weeks. It is not a hernia and will not protrude with coughing or
straining as the hernia might have before the repair."
