You have helped me before. I appreciate it. But, your standard reply to this person's specific questions about having this surgery reminds me of why there are so many people out there who are confused and angry after having this surgery. You said "Your hernia pain WILL go away with surgery." That is not true for a lot of people and many of them are on this board. You also said "I have no idea why your surgeon would confuse you with his answer." Sounds to me like he is just being HONEST. I wish mine would have been this honest. My surgeon said I would be pain free and ready to climb mountains two weeks later. It sounds like this person has some specific concerns regarding this surgery and has done their research. Instead of just saying "Get it fixed" why dont you answer the questions that YARI asked objectively so that they can make their own decision.
