I am 8weeks post op after the open repair of an incisional hernia, I developed a seroma after 6 days and have been having it aspirated twice weekly now for the past 4 weeks. To date i have had approximately 2 litres of fluid aspirated. Can anyone advise on how long this may go on? as there is very little improvement on the amounts being removed each time. I am also concerned there may be a link between the seroma and medication i am currently prescribed. I take Clopidogrel 75mgs and Aspirin 75mgs daily. Thanks.
