I fully agree with this opinion. Parietex mesh is fine. The absorbable tacks (the absorbatack made by covidien) is an excellent product, but is VERY expensive. Most hospitals and surgicenters won't allow surgeons to use it for this reason. All in all, I think your hard work has paid off and you should have an excellent result.
