Don't give up. I'll be 3 weeks out tomorrow. I've had some of the same symptoms your describing and I promise it gets better in time.
The worse thing I had was the burning and raw sensation inside the thigh and in the groin area. After consulting with my surgeon this past week, he stated that while it doesn't always happen, sometimes the mesh insert will rest upon nerves, thus causing the sensation. He assured me it would go away. I will say it's getting better, so hang in there.
