I SEE THAT HERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT TYPES LAPROSCOPIC REPAIR:
trans-abdominal or extra-peritoneal approach.

Hope I am understanding this correctly.

Is there a preference based on experience of one over the other? From what I read the extra-peritoneal carries less risk to other organs, but is it as good a repair?
