Your story is complicated and it is difficult to give advice without the benefit of an exam. What kind of mesh was put in the second time? Have you had a CAT scan or MRI? Did the same surgeon perform all of the hernia repairs? If the same surgeon has done all of the procedures, it would be time to get a fresh, unbiased opinion from an experienced hernia surgeon.
