I am sorry that Dr. Grischkan runs his practice this way. He is an excellent surgeon. The gortex mesh is safe in the groin, but it is expensive and overkill for this procedure. Dr. Robert Zollinger is a prominent member of the American Hernia Society. He is located in Chagrin Falls and it would be worth seeing in evaluation.
