I had inguinal hernia surgery just over 1 year ago. Everything went well-I took it easy, healed, and certainly after this much time there is barely a noticeable scar there. It was a tension free mesh repair.
I had no pain pretty much from the point where everything healed a month or so after the surgery to only recently.
I now have what I would describe as minor pain. Sometimes, it occurs after I eat or run on the treadmill.
I usually do not run for more than a minute or so at a time, opting instead for shorter more frequent work out sessions. I started this work out routine back in October and didn;t have any of this pain until only recently.
Is this normal pain from scar tissue or something? It's not that bad but I am just thinking why did it wait until now to start up when I've gone a year feeling perfect 100%.
