This is my first post to the boards, but I have been viewing it for about 2 months.
I will be having inguinal bilateral lap surgery on Thursday. I am a bit nervous about it, but I believe the benefits are going to out-weigh the procedure or rare complications of surgery.
I have been worried about it for probably 6 mo. now, so I said to myself; "Lets do it". I am soooooo tired and exhausted from the "worry".
I have known about them for almost 5 years and there is not day that has gone by that I have not thought about them (or had to push them back in).
I am 34 years old and ready to get back to a normal life...that starts this Thursday!!!!!!
I personally have made a mental list of all the activities that I would be able to do after the surgery...that has actually got me excited! Maybe this will work for those who have been nervous like myself.
After Thursday....some pain....probably....a new look on life...definitely!
Will keep you updated
