Yes. Of course, there might be many people in the Realm who'd be willing to do it, given their long history with Venger and the likelihood that centuries of war have made them more ruthless and ready to kill. Of course, since they're living in a world with pre-gunpowder weaponry, they'd need lessons in how to use that rifle first....
