We know at least that Kareena is Venger's little sister, though if they were twins, it wouldn't surprise me one bit.
But let's use that twins/Half-Fiend theory. Maybe the seduction did happen (meaning Venger and Kareena 1/3 Half-Fiend, does that make them 2/3 Dungeon Master? 
) Maybe Dungeon Master feels guilty for bringing those two into the world. From time to time does have a sad tone in his voice after all...
