Yes, the premises are from the Series Bible and all penned by Richard Merwin who I think came up with some pretty good stories. The trouble is most of them would need to be altered as they don't work continuity-wise as a hypothetical fourth season.
The biggest problem is a redeemed post-Requiem Venger no longer being available as the central villain. He pops up in City Of The Githyanki and Spell Of The Ice Wizard (by proxy via shadow demon), but only as a foe to evade. And again in The Crystal Forest but could be replaced by any evil wizard responsible for cursing Nestor. Quite crucial in Master Thief Of Baal-Dur as it's about stealing the kids' magic items which is a trademark of Venger.
Then you've got other problems like Tiamat being dumbed down as a treasure-hoarding dragon in Day Of The Dragons. I cannot see her being pacified through avarice but that's a minor problem. The big problem is that Day Of The Dragons uses dragon bane which was a plot idea recycled in Treasure Of Tardos. Dragon bane would have to be replaced with something else like water from a sacred spring or even the dryads' tears. Anything that isn't leafy and from the plant kingdom.
Then you've got Kelek popping up again in Janapurna And The Stallions Of Hokar who is completely disinterested in unicorns now and doesn't even bother to cage Uni. (Maybe he thinks they're not worth the bother since that fiasco with Venger and his castle collapsing.) But Kelek could easily be swapped for another evil wizard.
And in Yugol And The Curse Of Stone Eric's levitating shield is used as a kind of magic carpet to get to Skylla's castle but the levitating properties were scrapped, sadly. (I think Eric's shield is the most boring magical item of them all and could have done with this quirk, acting like a stubborn steed from time to time.)
I'm not going to speculate on the five new premises to make up the fourth season as I think succumbing to the plotting and writing of fan-fiction will be my absolute downfall. (I'm already working on maps; fan-cartography!)
