I confess. I, too, held back my personal theories due to writings in progress. 
We can't go giving ourselves away, can we? 
Wonderfly, if you're asking for a fic you may be writing, if your own theories are more hit than miss with known canon lore, write it!
For example, one small "theory" of mine (not saying I'm the first to have come up with it, but I haven't yet read it anywhere else!) I'm using in a fic is that Venger and Kareena are actually twins, and Venger calls her "little sister" only because she was born just after him.
