She reminds me of Queen Syrith. And "Sulinara" can't be a common name, so it's hard for me to see it as coincidence. Maybe not quite a tribute, though. Somebody probably just liked the name and decided to use it. As for date material for Venger? Hmm. . . . I dunno. She doesn't look, um, evil enough to me. Well, OK. A date? Sure, but I doubt he'd call afterwards.
