Yep, the guy working on it, George I think was his name, stopped years ago. If I remember correctly, he said something about his time spent on it was interfering with his marriage.
I agree that the script isn't perfect, but also, I think it'd be great if someone did it just for the heck of it. I remember watching what George had done, and while it wasn't absolutely mindblowingly spectacular, it was ALOT of fun to just be able to watch it play out.
if it's not fun, what's the point?
