They get their money from the original stuff, I never charge anything because of the copyright issues and I do it for fans who want to keep the spirit of our fav old shows alive the only way we know how.

Well, I have not had a problem yet, except with deviant art, someone went and whined so deviant took all my stuff down, no questions asked, not a word to me, so I cursed them their children and their childrens children. I have my own page now with all my stuff.
Ive never claimed ownership of any of my wallpapers. Besides, anyone with common sense can see they are just fan made stuff by an overzealous fan.
I know its not a valid excuse, but I use it anyway: "I bought the damn thing I'll do what I want with it." Thats just how I feel about it.
