D&DC Fanfic Awards - General Rules and Regulations

I've posted a list of general rules for the upcoming fan fiction awards at Treasures of Tardos. Feel free to look them over! (And offer any further suggestions if you have any. This is my first time running anything like this!)

I'm really looking forward to getting the awards underway on January 1st!
