As a kid, I would've told you that TB was my favourite - but since then I've developed an unhealthy passion for Davison's era - including Tegan and Nyssa. And I've started, at last, to enjoy Tennant's tenure, which, next season, under Steve Moffat promises very good things indeed...
I remember having to justify my Dr Who watching to girlfriends and family when it could only be found as vintage episodes on cable TV - now everyone seems to be enjoying it's reincarnation - especially the kids - and a good thing too!
If only another particular Saturday favourite from way-back-when could enjoy such a similar renaissance...
