heel pain for over 6 months now

I have seen 3 drs. to date, had orthotics
made, night splint prescribed (too heavy
and very uncomfortable to sleep in), inserts, bought numerous new shoes.
Any suggestions what to do next?
Appreciate any and all help. Thanks
