I was told that the ossatron machine is what does the orthotripsy (?). I didn't know that you could do orthotripsy in treatments/steps. I've had one treatment which lasted about 7 minutes per heal and I can't beleive the difference. It's been 3 weeks since the procedure and I'm almost back to full/regular routines/exercises. I've done orthotics, shots, medicine and this is the only thing that has worked so far.
: Has anyone discussed the pros/cons of
: doing the orthotripsy versus doing
: the Ossatron treatments? I've had
: success with cortizone shots, but
: just had my third baby and the weight
: just pushed my feet to their limits.
: How long after orthotripsy until you
: can resume exercising?
