Hello. This problem started for me 6 years ago, about a year after my daughter was born. It went away, partially until after my 2nd child was born. I have pretty much had it since then...4 years. It has been it at it's utmost worst for the the 20 months. I admit I haven't worn the right shoes all the time, and haven't iced my feet as often as I should. But, I am turning 31 in two weeks and feel like I am turning 81, sometimes! Does anyone have any really great suggestions? I go to the podiatrists tomorrow. Help....Limping and loathing it!!
