Posted by Cuddles I am hurting. Some days I can hardly walk by the end of the day. My doctor said it's becuase I am walking on the side of my foot when it hurts. He gave me Lortab to take for the pain but I can't take it at work cause it makes me loopy. I don't knwo what to do. He wants to put me back in a walking cast again so my foot will stay stable. I have a friend who recently was dx'd with PF. Her PT said it should go away by itself and she dosn't understand why my doctor told me not to do heel drop down stretches on stairs. I don't knwo what to do because I am still hurting.

I had the PF Release surgery done a little over 3 months ago. I am back at work- on my feet 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week in retail.
