bi-lateral/repeat surgery

I had bi-lateral Ossatron treatment on April 18, 2002. My left foot continues to bother me. My Dr. just told me that I can have it re-done if I stay within 12 weeks of the surgery date at no charge. Has anyone else heard of this?
