Posted by Brenda I went to my Regular doctor in November and she told me to get arch She sent me to a specialist who gave me some Cortisone shots and a None of this helped. I have been seeing him since January. He put me in a Pressure Relief Walker that greatly reduced the pain. I wore it 3 weeks and he told me 3 more weeks. Then after the 6 I go back to him Monday. I am hurting still. The Pressure Relief What else can he do to help me? I am tired of hurting. Any suggestions??

I have been suffering from PF for over a
year. I work in retail, so I am always on my feet.

of an anti inflammatory.
bigger dose of a different anti inflammatory.
Mainly because I could not bend my foot so my PF didn't borther me as
much.
weeks, I told that I had tried my shoe for 5 days straight (40 hours
at work) and was in great pain. He told me to wear it for 3 more
weeks.
Walker (that insurance paid $450 for) is now broken at the toe. So
it's kind of pointless. I wore my shoe to work Thursday and by the
end of my 8 hour shift, my feet and back were hurting so bad I was
almost in tears.
