Hey I have found the cure to heel pain (plantar fasciitis) I was a college runneer have flat feet and got plantar fasciitis and could only limp for three years. I found the answer after trying many things-the name is Barefoot Science Technology and you can find it through a google search. It is a progressive-gets higher and higher insole. Get the theraputic version I am running again no more pain-really buy these worth the $70!
