: Like almost ALL of you I also have
: Plantar Fascia and heelspurs. I
: have tried icing, therapy,
: stretching, taping, shots, casts,
: rest, inserts, ice wraps, night
: splints and anything i may have
: missed. lol. I am going for the
: orthotripsy procedure in two days.
: The doc says it is 80% effective.
: They will do my right foot first
: then in a month the left foot. It
: is considered day surgery but you
: are under general anthesia. I will
: be able to walk out of the hospital
: on my own and go back to work in 4
: days. They may limit me to 1/2 days
: on feet for a week or two. I am so
: looking forward to this to hopefully
: relieve the pain. It has been a
: very rough 1 1/2 years since i was
: diagnosed. Here in Kansas they do
: not have many doc's do this
: procedure. So I have been thru 3
: docs trying to find one who does it
: and have the insurance company
: approve it. But the day is finally
: almost here. I will post futher
: infor and my progress for all the
: read.
