Plantar Fasciitis and Arthritis

Hi, just found this site. I am 38 yrs old. I had P. Fasciitis over 15 years ago for about 1 year, then it went away with orthotics. It is now back and plan to try new orthotics (never replaced old ones) and stretching. I read on internet heel pain can be caused by ankylosing spondylitis (my twin brother has = I probably have it). Has anyone been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis being cause of pain versus p.Fasciitis?
