Hey everyone,
We have a Northwing Apache trike with a 65HP 582 Rotax available to tow hang gliders and rigid wings from our 1800' runway in Turlock, CA, just south of Modesto on 99. Our strip is surrounded by pastures and alfalfa fields, has awesome lift conditions, and a great view of the Sierras. Sometimes the lift is so strong that I can hold altitude in the Apache with only 4000 rpm, a very minimal power setting for a relatively heavy trike.
