Re yr post of 11/30/04:
I am a 9th gen. descendant of John Harmon
(1617-1661) of Springfield, MA, the direct ancestor also of Daniel Williams Harmon (1778-1843). We would be 6th or 7th cousins many times removed.
Since Daniel is not in my direct line, I have not collected info regarding him other than his vital data and that of his 14 children. These data are contained in the "Harmon Genealogy" (Springfield Branch), by Artemus C. Harmon, 1920, pgs. 195 & 248-9. I assume you have checked this source since the link in your post indicates you have many references.
