My earliest documented Harmon family ancestor is John Harmon who died in 1829, Adair County, Kentucky. Many researchers assert John Harmon is the son of George Harmon. I would like to learn more information about the ancestors, family, and descendants of John Harmon. The wife of John Harmon was Mary Pendleton Harmon, daughter of John and Elizabeth Pendleton. The Harmon and Pendleton families were early 19th century pioneers in Adair County who settled along Green River. It will be a pleasure to communicate with anyone who is interested and knowledgeable about the Harmon family of Adair County.
