Posted by Karen Here's what I do have: Henry Thomas Harmon was born in Feb 1858 in either KY, MS or MO (that's helpful, eh? *wink*). He has at least one brother, James born in 1845 in KY and one sister, Ella who was born after 1860. Henry married Sarah Francis Smart (Sallie) on May 5, 1887. I have a copy of their marriage certificate. Sallie and Henry had two children: Thomas Virgil and Anna Adele. TV was born Jan 5, 1897 and AA was born Sep. 1889. Thomas Virgil married Wilma Corinne Wedge of AR and they had lots of kids, one of which was my daddy, Harvey Nolan. He grew up in AR in Sweet Home, Little Rock, Conway, Garner, etc. Henry Thomas also was known as "Hardin Thomas" as was his grandson, my uncle. Sallie's name on the marriage certificate I have is "Mrs. S. E. Whitworth" indicating that she had been married previously. An "I. E. Doneghew" signed his permission for her to get married. She was known in our family as "Black Irish" meaning, I understand, that she was part Cherokee, though frankly, you wouldn't see it if you looked at her picture. I have pics up on the web also if you have something to compare to. Just ask and I'll post the link. I cannot locate any information regarding Sallie's parents or Henry Thomas's parents.
