i once caught a band called "Fuzzy" at a Cactus instore and liked them so much I went to see them that night. I can't remember if the Cherry Valance played a night show after their instore at Sound exchange, but if they did I went to it. I definately saw Man or Astroman after their sound exchange in-store. with that in mind, I have also gone to in-stores because I didn't want to go out late on a school night. Usually if I am skipping the night show, I try and buy some merch from the band (like buying a Times New Viking record cuz i'm skipping the night show).
