Hard to believe the guy was only 36/37 when producing the first Clock recordings - bet he seemed ancient to the band at the time!
Would love to learn more about Frank's personality (all that comes to mind is "Now, boys..." - any other Frank-isms?) and his methods in the studio. Excellent track record, from Freddy Cannon to Sugarloaf. He definitely knew how to make a hit record.
