Paul Marshall came by later...GMS was with Jimmy Pitman. Jimmy is a rocker...he was in a band called The Night Crawlers. There again you'll see/hear the connect.
Oddly enough when Randy Seol and I left the SAC and joined back up i Steve Bartek and our high school band mates, Fred Schwartz, Randy Zacuto and Criss Jay, we were a much harder rocking band (Buffington Rhodes) than any SAC configuration. When we were in school our band did covers of the Who, Yardbirds, The Animals, Love, etc.

: Thoroughly enjoying the Good Morning Starshine
: album on YouTube.Pleasantly riveting!I'm
: particularly fascinated with Off Ramp Road
: Tramp.Sounds as though SAC were studying up
: on their Hush era Deep Purple and Cream.Am I
: correct in the assumption?Did the concurrent
: factors of George Bunnel's departure and
: Paul Marshall's arrival lead directly the
: band's sharp delve into early hard rock?
