It was a remarkable event in all our lives. For me it was more so having a hit album as I was not involved with the first hit single.
Side 1]
"The World's on Fire" (George, Randy, Mark, Ed, Lee, Gary)
"Birds in My Tree" (George Bunnell, Steve Bartek)
"Lose to Live" (Mark Weitz)
"Strawberries Mean Love" (Bunnell, Bartek)
Side 2
"Rainy Day Mushroom Pillow" (Bunnell, Bartek)
"Paxton's Back Street Carnival" (Bunnell, Bartek)
"Hummin' Happy" (Bunnell, Seol)
"Pass Time with the SAC" (Mark, Ed, Lee, Randy, George, Gary)
"Incense and Peppermints" (John S. Carter, Tim Gilbert)
"Unwind with the Clock" (Mark, Ed, Lee, Randy, George, Gary)
Mark and Ed actually wrote the music for I&P but were cheated out of it by the manager and producer.
Mark was the oldest guy in the band at 21.
One of my favorite producers is Richard Perry. Of course all that you mentioned.
