I just got "Psych Out" in a DVD two pack along with the Peter Fonda cult classic "The Trip".I found the latter a bit over the top in its some of its acid depictions, but reasonably worthwhile. As far as the SAC featuring "Psych Out",if the visual and audio references to LA Strip club life are correct, one definitely gets a good taste of the anti-establishment portion of the youth culture in the late sixties.I recall George Bunnell once remarking that he thought "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls" was a bit "camp".How accurate was "Psych Out" in demonstrating life in the LA counterculture at the time? Also, are you familiar with the aforementioned Peter Fonda movie?
