Regarding Glenn Ross Campbell - were you ever back in touch with him after it was discovered he was residing in New Zealand? You may recall a friend of his (also residing in NZ), Donna Dean, was going to forward your email to Glenn. I'm just wondering because I was reminded of Donna when I came across a superb video of her on YouTube.....(btw. that's not GB on pedal steel).....
