Okay...here's what I can safely say...I think!
And I'm speaking for the whole band now.
We are continuing to pound away on some new tunes and new arrangements of some of our old songs! We've had a few brutal vocal sessions, but we came out unscathed! We meet at least once to three times a week at Bartek's Professional Awesome Pro-Tools studio. We are almost finished(no final mix downs yet though) with 8 songs. Three completely new and diverse tunes, and 5 or 6 of our old ones re-recorded live in the studio with new solos and vocals. The vocals are almost done! Lots of 4 part new harmony and some very cool arrangements with the help of Mr. Bartek and these songs are full of surprises! Can't wait to finish this B**ch!
Cheesh! i don't remember it ever being this hard!
Anyway, thanks for hanging in everyone,, We WILL complete this CD this year, I promise! i know you will be pleased with the results! It's been a long slow process, but we are almost outta da woods! Stay Groovy ya'all! (did I say that???)
