Here is an revised and color version of my proposed layout. I like the way it turned out. I would operate it with train orders and switchlists. The area at Lowell with the backdrop is where the furnace is, so I have to keep access to it. I would also have to have access to the hidden staging behind Lowell. The Saginaw staging is in the laundry room. TN
