i am thinking about adding a bulk fuel oil distributor to my railroad and wondered of walthers' mc graw oil or interstate fuel & oil, which one is most modern when unloading funnel flow tank cars full of fuel oil. does either kit have the proper up to date unloading pipe rack to unload funnel flow tankcars?
