Turntables.... looking to build or buy one. May put a bid on some eBay listing in the distant future. Who has some good remarks on some or negative remarks on the ones to stay away from.
Also, perhaps Fritz can shed some light on this, but what would be a good starting point for a Pere Marquette 2-8-0. Nothing seems really close out there (at least in plastic) to the C or C2 or even the SC class. Any ideas would be great where to start.
I am firming up my ideas on the next layout. The biggest change is actually deciding to make it a room (again). I moved away from this idea to squeeze another peninsula in, but with three Catzillas, I know they would cause problems to the open idea of my last (one sent a loco and cars to the floor on the old layout).
