There could be huge grain elevators along with a few small ones, a sugar-beet plant, a sugar beet loading area or two, an ethanol plant, fertilizer, propane, etc. Sandusky has a rubber plant that received rubber bales in box cars but with modeling license could receive synthetic rubber in tankers.
