Been doing a breakfast buffet fire co. fundraiser for several years with much success.....with the exception of TOAST!!!! Is there any good way to keep it warm and/or from turning rock hard? I've toyed with the idea of the guests toasting their own but I know that will really back up the buffet line. Any suggestions?
