Why do you think you're answering a question when you're criticizing? Some people are just too rude! Don't post if you can't be civil! AND, all amounts are not on here. for example, fruit trays list 5 cantaloupe, 1 watermelon and 4 lbs of grapes, but don't say how many lbs of strawberries or how many pineapple. If you're a caterer and do this a lot you would know but shouldn't be snide and tell others to hire someone. You all charge too much! Our wedding dinner is being catered and we are providing hors d'oeuvres so I know that the info here is great but incomplete. also shrimp comes in different sizes so the number of lbs needs to be broken down.
