Here are some more ideas:
entertainment...bean bag toss, fishing booth, cake walk, dunk tank
decorations...pin the adult head on the child body (use an old and a new photo to make a poster board and blindfold guests)
Use whatever cartoon characters were his favorite; like plastic figurines or coloring books
food...sliders-use frozen patties from kroger and franz slider buns, cotton candy machine; sodas to make "graveyard," elephant ears (you can find recipes on line)
