I'm planning a wedding rehersal dinner for 40 adults. I have scoured the recipes and message board here and I wanted opinions on if the calcuations I have made is enough. I don't want anyone to leave hungry and would be mortified if I ran out early. Thanks for all input! The menu is as follows;
Appetizers
80 pieces-Vegetable Empanadas with dipping sauce
80 pieces-Ceasar Salad on Rustic Crostini
Main Course-I figure 160 total-2 of each kind per person
15 lbs meat-Italian Beef Sliders
15 lbs meat-Pulled Pork Sliders
Side Dishes
2 full hotel pans Classic Mac and Cheese
80 pieces-Pierogies
Vegetable
20 lbs Sauteed Green Beans
Dessert
8-Store Bought Boston Cream Pie (normal supermarket size, 8 pieces per pie?)
