Here's the link to U.S. Armed Forces Recipe Service Card No. 12-07 for Delux Cheeseburgers. It gives the basic amounts for cheeseburgers and all the fixin's. Since the recipe is written for 100 cheeseburgers, you'll need to multiply each ingredient times 1.5.
