Good day to everyone, I need help and need it asap, I normally wouldnt post about cooking,cuz i feel im pretty good at it, but I'm in a jam, May 19th i have to start cooking for 150 camp kids, i have a 2800 dollar a weekbudget m-f for 3 meals a day for hungry camp kids and have know idea where to start, i would realy like someone to lay down what and how much to order, also easy quick things to make cuz i have only 2 maybe 3 kitchen staff, please please please someone kind out there help me figure this out.
