So, we are doing our reception buffet style. We are roasting a 120lb pig, 30lbs of tri tip and trying to figure out how much to have for side dishes IE: ceasar salad, pesto cold salad, hot marinara pasta, bread. We also want appetizers: fruit tray, meat and cheese trays with crackers, tamales, lil' smokies and vegi trays with ranch! Please help!!!
